"Recipe For A Heart Healthy You"
Start with:
1 Motivated Young Woman, age 12-100+ years
Add the following:
1 pair cotton socks
1 pair athletic shoes
1 set comfortable workout wear
1 eager attitude
1 refreshing bottle of water
Directions: Dress in above attire. Add 1 week of free exercise at Circuit 2 Circuit. Visit C2C and join into the 20 station resistance training routine. Switch stations as indicated until you have completed a fun-filled aerobic workout. Total workout time is 30 minutes. Stretch muscles and cool before leaving. Replenish fluids.
Makes: One great heart-healthy work out. Recipe can be shared with friends, family, co-workers and children ages 5-12 years. Enjoy!
